Can I test ELIZA free of charge?: Yes, we can set up a 30-day demo platform for you. Just ask us at hello@eliza.swiss
Which payment methods do you offer?: We offer payment by credit card or invoice.
What does it cost to set up ELIZA?: The setup is free of charge. Just tell us which template you would like to start with.
How do I get help to get started?: We would be happy to make you an individual offer for the successful launch of ELIZA in your company.
Can I switch to another plan at a later date?: Yes, you can switch between the different price plans at any time.
What happens to my data if I no longer wish to use ELIZA?: After cancellation of the subscription, we will provide you with a complete export of all your data in machine-readable form (XML/JSON).
Where is ELIZA hosted?: ELIZA is hosted in a highly available Swiss cloud. The backup is performed several times a day.
Does ELIZA offer special conditions?: For larger companies and non-profit organizations we offer special conditions on request.
